Trump proposes M ‘gold card’ visa for wealthy

Immigration attorney Zabrina Reich noted that wealthy applicants may be limited unless tax incentives are included.

Critics question vetting procedures and whether the plan would replace EB-5. Trump claims sales could start next week, but major immigration changes typically require congressional approval.
