A Lyons man has been arrested following an investigation into a domestic incident, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Deputies took Patrick Frank, 39, of Route 14 in the Town of Lyons, into custody on charges of first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. Authorities allege Frank pushed a woman during an argument, violating an active order of protection issued by the Wayne County Family Court.
Following his arrest, Frank was transported to the Wayne County Jail. He was held in custody pending Central Arraignment, scheduled for the morning of February 28.
