Silver Thread Vineyard has relocated its tasting room to 9564 Route 414 in Lodi, taking over the former space of Dano’s Heuriger. The boutique winery, known for sustainable farming and low-intervention winemaking, now offers guided tastings, wine flights, and light Austrian-inspired fare.
Owned by Paul and Shannon Brock, Silver Thread emphasizes wine education, with plans to host classes and private events. The winery’s original A-frame building on Caywood Road will still offer private tastings and vineyard tours by appointment.
The new Silver Thread Winegarden is open Fridays through Sundays, with expanded hours from May to October. Tastings are first-come, first-served for small groups, while larger groups require reservations.
