Aurora officials are willing to adjust zoning regulations to aid the sale of the 127-acre Wells College campus, according to new reporting by The Citizen.
The property, marketed by CBRE since November, faces zoning challenges as it’s currently designated for institutional use.
The village sees flexibility as key to attracting buyers. However, any future site plans must go through the village’s planning process.
CBRE’s marketing period ends this month, with final offers expected in March.
