The grant will fund a new Success Coach to improve onboarding and professional development, while data-driven strategies will help identify and address staff turnover. The initiative aims to create a more sustainable and fulfilling work environment.

This grant is part of the foundation’s $208 million in statewide funding to improve health and social services. Arc Ontario leaders say the support will significantly impact the quality of care for those they serve.
