Syracuse men’s lacrosse dominated on both ends of the field Friday night, securing a 13-5 victory over Vermont at the JMA Wireless Dome. The win marked the program’s 950th all-time and improved the Orange to 2-0 on the season.

Syracuse shut out Vermont in the second quarter while adding four more goals to take a commanding 10-1 lead into halftime. The offense kept rolling in the third, with Finn Thomson and Spallina adding to the tally before Vermont closed with three late goals.
