Toyota is recalling more than 140,000 Toyota and Lexus vehicles due to safety issues, USA TODAY reports. Affected models include 2024 and 2025 Toyota Tacoma, Camry, and Lexus RX vehicles.
The Tacoma recall involves rear brake hoses that may be damaged by mud and dirt buildup, while some Camry and Lexus RX models have defective second-row seatbelts from manufacturing errors. Toyota will notify customers by April 2025 and offer free repairs for all impacted vehicles.
Drivers can check the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) database using their vehicle identification number (VIN) for more information.
