A Waterloo woman has been arrested after failing to appear in court on a petit larceny charge, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department reported.
Kristin E. Adler, 38, was taken into custody on February 2, 2025, on a bench warrant stemming from a previous arrest at a local business. During a dispute at a residence in Waterloo, authorities identified Adler and confirmed the outstanding warrant.
Adler was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where she will await arraignment. The charge against her is classified as an A misdemeanor under New York law. No further details regarding the incident or pending court proceedings were provided.
