A Canandaigua man was arrested Wednesday after an investigation into a reported larceny at the Cedar Lodge Apartments on County Road 50 in the Town of Hopewell, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to the scene around 12:24 p.m. and arrested Michael K. Struble Sr., 60, of County Road 50, on charges of criminal mischief in the third degree. Details about the incident were not provided, but authorities confirmed the charge stems from property damage associated with the investigation.
Struble was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Hopewell Town Court to answer the charges.
