Rochester Regional Health (RRH) Chief Operating Officer Jennifer Eslinger has been recognized as one of America’s “COOs to Know” by Becker’s Healthcare. The annual list highlights healthcare leaders nationwide who excel in expanding service lines, engaging employees, and driving transformative improvements across their organizations.
“This honor only cements what we at RRH already know—that Jennifer Eslinger is a skilled leader who supports the continued success of this organization and, by extension, the health of our community,” said RRH CEO Richard “Chip” Davis. He praised Eslinger’s extensive healthcare experience, visionary leadership, and her measurable impact on the organization’s success and community health.
Eslinger joined RRH in 2022 and has since spearheaded a system-wide reorganization emphasizing rural healthcare expansion. Her leadership has streamlined processes, enhanced operational efficiency, and integrated systems across RRH’s nine hospitals serving Western New York, the Finger Lakes, and the St. Lawrence region. A veteran healthcare executive with nearly 25 years of experience, Eslinger’s achievements span for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.
Originally from Georgia, Eslinger holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University and an MBA from the University of Georgia. She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a Baldrige Executive Fellow.
Becker’s recognition of Eslinger reflects not only her individual contributions but also RRH’s national prominence in healthcare innovation and operational excellence. For more about Rochester Regional Health and its initiatives, visit the organization’s website.
