ESL Federal Credit Union announces leadership changes

ESL Federal Credit Union has announced a series of strategic senior management appointments aimed at fostering growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining its commitment to delivering superior customer experiences.

The leadership changes, effective immediately, include six internal promotions reflecting ESL’s focus on cultivating talent from within its organization.

Tom Rogers, CPA, has been appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. With over 30 years of financial experience, including more than a decade at ESL, Rogers will oversee day-to-day banking operations while aligning credit union operations with ESL’s mission.

Tina Knapp, CPA, steps into the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, becoming the first woman to hold this position in ESL’s history. With more than 12 years at the institution, Knapp will now oversee treasury, finance, and accounting operations.

DiSanto Propane (Billboard)

Caytie Bowser has been promoted to Senior Vice President/Director of Product & Delivery. With over two decades at ESL, Bowser will continue managing product and service portfolios, digital engagement, and customer experience, while taking on new responsibilities in marketing and corporate communications.

Jamie Ciccone assumes the role of Vice President/Director of Loan & Deposit Operations. With more than 20 years at ESL, Ciccone will oversee card services, ATM operations, deposit operations, loan servicing, and payment operations.

Calvin Curtice has been named Vice President/Director of Product Development & Management. With over 14 years of experience in the financial industry, Curtice will focus on product and pricing solutions to help members achieve their financial goals.

Emily Cohen takes on the role of Vice President/Director and Deputy General Counsel. With over 12 years of legal experience, Cohen will lead a team of attorneys, address regulatory requirements, and provide legal guidance for ESL’s operations.
