After 52 years of fine dining, The Inn Between in Camillus will close permanently on Saturday, January 18.
Owner and chef Christopher Cesta announced the decision on social media, expressing gratitude to loyal customers. The restaurant, known for its classic charm and signature prime rib specials, is fully booked for its final week.
The 16-acre property is being sold, with future plans to be revealed soon. Customers with valid gift cards can redeem them at select local restaurants.
