Palmyra man charged with child endangerment after domestic incident

A Palmyra man was arrested following a domestic incident on Dec. 24, where authorities say his actions endangered the welfare of his four children.

Andrew R. Kujawski, 26, of Macedon Center Road, was taken into custody by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Deputies allege that Kujawski punched the windows of his vehicle while his children were inside, behavior deemed harmful to their physical and emotional well-being.


The incident prompted an investigation led by Deputy Keller. Kujawski was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office before being transported to the Wayne County Jail. He is scheduled to appear for Centralized Arraignment on Dec. 28 at 7 a.m.

Authorities have not released further details about the circumstances leading to the incident. The welfare of the children involved remains a priority as the legal process moves forward.
