The Moravia Central School District will host a community forum on January 8 at 6 p.m. in the junior/senior high cafeteria to discuss a proposed land purchase. The district plans to acquire eight acres at 52 S Main Street for $175,000.
The property, situated between two schools, could serve various educational purposes allowed under New York law, though no formal plans have been announced.
Residents can vote on the proposal on January 14 from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the high school’s north side foyer.
