The Canandaigua Police Department, in partnership with students and staff at Canandaigua Academy, celebrated a successful 2024 Toys for Tots drive on Monday. The event, organized with representatives from the Marine Corps Reserves, saw an outpouring of donations from the community to benefit local children in need.
This year’s drive was supported by the National Honor Society and Kiwanis Key Clubs at Canandaigua Academy, who helped coordinate donations. Members of the Canandaigua Police Department’s Gold Badge Club and Police Benevolent Association contributed an additional $1,100 in toys, helping to make this year’s collection an overwhelming success.
The Canandaigua Police Department expressed deep gratitude to the community for spreading holiday cheer and ensuring deserving children receive gifts this season.
