77-year-old Macedon man charged with stalking after neighborhood dispute

A 77-year-old Macedon man faces a stalking charge after a dispute with a neighbor, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported Friday.

Jim McNeil, of Spragbrook Circle, was arrested and charged with fourth-degree stalking. The arrest stems from a disturbance between McNeil and another individual.

Further details regarding the nature of the dispute were not disclosed.

McNeil is scheduled to appear in Macedon Town Court on January 7, 2025, to answer the charge.
