An Auburn woman was arrested Monday in connection with a drug possession investigation stemming from an incident earlier this year, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office announced.
Deputies charged Haley N. Pinard following a suspicious condition call on January 17 involving a vehicle parked on Gansz Road in the Town of Galen. Upon investigation, officers discovered suspected crack cocaine in Pinard’s possession.
Subsequent lab results confirmed that Pinard, 24, was in possession of 45 milligrams of crack cocaine. She has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor under New York State law.
Pinard was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Galen Town Court on January 8, 2025.
