Family Pleads for Help in Search for Missing Victor Man, 83

  • / Updated:
  • Staff Report

Authorities are intensifying efforts to locate 83-year-old Reginald “Reggie” Vardon of Victor, missing since July 15. Vardon, an avid biker and walker, was last seen leaving the ESL on School Street in Victor before disappearing. Despite months of searching, investigators have uncovered no leads, phone activity, or bank transactions.

Ontario County Sheriff David Cirencione called the case “extremely unusual” and urged anyone with information to come forward. Vardon’s daughter, Kim Kaiser, pleaded for help, emphasizing the family’s heartbreak and their need for answers. A special Facebook page, “Help Find Reggie Vardon,” was created for tips from those hesitant to contact authorities.

Vardon is described as 5’1”, 130 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office at 394-4560.
