A Sodus man was arrested by Wayne County deputies following a traffic stop in the Town of Arcadia on Friday evening. Deputies say Tamareyon T. Raggs, 21, was stopped for speeding, and further investigation revealed he was driving under the influence.
Raggs was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, where he submitted to a chemical test, showing a blood alcohol content of 0.09%. He was issued appearance tickets for driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC of 0.08% or greater, speeding, and operating without a license.
Raggs is scheduled to appear in Arcadia Town Court on September 25, 2024.
