Gorham residents get details on bridge replacement project tonight at public meeting

The bridge, which spans Flint Creek, is 85 years old and showing significant deterioration. The project is slated for construction in 2027, with bids going out in 2026. A detour adding 2.8 miles to the route will be in place during the construction period.

Officials encourage residents to attend, ask questions, and provide feedback. Those needing special accommodations can contact the county’s DPW for assistance.
