Kuleba, a key figure since the war’s onset, didn’t disclose reasons for stepping down. His resignation follows President Zelenskyy’s plans for a Cabinet overhaul.
Meanwhile, Russian missile attacks devastated Lviv and Kryvyi Rih, injuring dozens. Zelenskyy urged Ukraine’s allies to supply more air defense systems, while Kuleba highlighted the need for long-range strikes on Russian targets.
The reshuffle comes as the war nears its 1,000-day mark, with Ukraine bracing for a tough winter.
