Wayne County Woman Threatened to Kill Man With Kitchen Knife in Front of Kids

A 31-year-old woman from Galen has been arrested on multiple charges, including Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.


Tiana Labombard, of Highland Fruit Farm Road, was arrested on September 1, 2024, following an altercation in which she allegedly struck a man and threatened to kill him with a kitchen knife in the presence of two children. Labombard faces charges of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree, Menacing in the Second Degree, two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, and Harassment in the Second Degree.

Labombard was transported to the Wayne County Jail, where she is awaiting CAP arraignment. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Galen Court at a later date for further proceedings.
