Rochester Regional Health Opens Victor Medical Campus: Look Inside the New Facility

Rochester Regional Health (RRH) has opened its new Victor Medical Campus, a nearly 10,000-square-foot facility designed to bring a wide range of healthcare services under one roof. The campus, located in the Cobblestone Court plaza across from Eastview Mall, offers Orthopedic Care, Family Medicine, Cardiology, and X-Ray Services, as well as the region’s only walk-in, no-appointment-needed Orthopedic Urgent Care.

The Victor Medical Campus is strategically positioned along the busy Route 96 corridor, making it easily accessible to patients in the Finger Lakes region. “The opening of Rochester Regional Health’s Victor Medical Campus is the next step forward in our mission to bring comprehensive health care services to patients and the community wherever they may be,” said Richard “Chip” Davis, CEO of Rochester Regional Health. Davis highlighted the significance of this facility as part of RRH’s ongoing efforts to expand healthcare access, following other recent milestones such as the Women’s Health Center in Pittsford and the groundbreaking of a new medical campus in Geneva.

The facility will offer walk-in Orthopedic Urgent Care with services available during the day, evenings, and on Saturdays, requiring no appointments. On-site services include x-rays, casting, and bracing, with the option for follow-up care with an orthopedic specialist at the same location. “We know that when injuries happen, treatment can’t wait,” said Dr. M. Gordon Whitbeck, Executive Medical Director of Orthopedics at Rochester Regional Health. “Our goal is to provide timely, convenient, high-quality orthopedic care so that our community members can quickly return to doing the activities they love.”

In addition to orthopedic services, the Victor Medical Campus will welcome new Family Medicine providers, addressing the growing need for primary care in the region. Family Medicine providers are accepting new patients, and appointments can be made by calling (585) 922-9280.

The campus officially opened to patients on Tuesday.
