Kennedy cited his decision as essential to avoiding harm to Trump’s campaign and countering Democratic nominee Kamala Harris. Despite this, Kennedy hinted his name would remain on some state ballots.
Their alliance, described as a “unity party,” was sealed with a promise from Trump to investigate issues like chronic health conditions and the assassination of John F. Kennedy.
