The Wayne Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) has launched its sixth annual Pitch Competition, aiming to spark entrepreneurship in Wayne County. Local residents with businesses less than three years old or new business ideas can compete for a $20,000 grand prize or a $5,000 award for smaller financial needs.
Participants must submit an executive summary and three-year financial projections. To assist, WEDC and SCORE will offer free workshops on September 7 and September 14 at Macedon Public Library. Attendance at one workshop is required.
