Penn Yan Police arrested a local man following a domestic dispute. Conner R. Subeh, 26, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful imprisonment, criminal mischief, and harassment.
Police allege that Subeh subjected a resident to unwanted physical contact in front of two children. During the incident, Subeh took the victim’s phone to prevent a 911 call and restricted the victim’s movement within the home.
Subeh was taken to the Yates County Jail and is awaiting arraignment. A protection order is being sought against him.
