The Waterloo Police Department reported an arrest for Felony DWI on July 2, 2024. Joseph A. Waltz, 26, of Tool, Texas, was arrested for Felony DWI, Felony Aggravated DWI, and driving without an interlock device.
Around 11:19 PM, Waltz was allegedly driving recklessly at 80 MPH in a 30 MPH zone and ignoring stop signs. After being stopped, he was found to have a BAC of 0.24%.
Waltz was issued tickets and released. He is set to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court at a later date.
