The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 20-year-old man from Junius on July 3 for violating a protection order.
Charles Damick III was taken into custody after deputies found him with a person he was ordered to stay away from. This happened during the investigation of another incident.
Damick is now in jail and will appear in Town of Junius Court at a later date to face the charge of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree.
