The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man from Canandaigua after an investigation.
Deputies charged Randolph S. Mattice, 56, with second-degree conspiracy, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and attempted possession of a controlled substance. The arrest took place on Phoenix Street in the Town of Canandaigua.
Mattice was arraigned in Superior Court and is scheduled to return at a later date.
