Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson announced the arrest of Del Leon Quinones, 63, of Geneva, for driving while intoxicated. Quinones was stopped for speeding on State Route 318.
After conducting an investigation, deputies determined Quinones had a blood alcohol content of 0.08%. He was taken into custody without incident.
Quinones was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Junius Town Court on July 16, 2024, to face the charges.
