On June 28, the Sheriff’s Office responded to a rollover crash on County Road 40 in East Bloomfield.
John J. Piasta, 70, of Honeoye, was driving a 2021 Chevrolet Colorado when he veered off the road, hit a tree, and rolled over.
It appears Piasta suffered a medical event that led to the crash. He was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital by Canandaigua Ambulance with minor injuries as a precaution.
East Bloomfield Fire assisted at the scene.
