Seneca Falls police arrested a Fairport man following a larceny and DWI investigation at Walmart.
Adam J. Paulson, 41, of Fairport, was arrested on June 23 for theft and driving while intoxicated, according to the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department.
Police responded to a theft complaint at Walmart and found that Paulson had stolen merchandise. They also discovered he had driven to the store while intoxicated. Paulson was charged with petit larceny, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08% or higher, and driving while intoxicated. Due to prior DWI convictions, the charges were upgraded to felonies.
Paulson was issued an appearance ticket and will face the charges in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
