The Yates County Sheriff’s Office arrested Gary A. Parsons Jr., 45, of Stanley, on June 15 for driving while intoxicated.
Deputies responded to Vine Valley in Middlesex after reports of a possible drunk driver. They found Parsons, who failed a series of field sobriety tests. He was taken to the Yates County Public Safety Building for a chemical test.
Parsons was charged with DWI and aggravated DWI for having a blood alcohol content of 0.18% or higher. He was released with tickets to appear in Middlesex Town Court.
