Seneca Falls police arrested a local man following a trespassing complaint at a local gas station.
On May 29 a little after midnight police arrested Jonathan Toledo, 35, of Seneca Falls after receiving a trespassing complaint.
Police determined that Toledo had returned to the gas station from which he had previously been banned.
He was charged with one count of trespass, a violation, and issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
