Arcadia man arrested for criminal mischief and child endangerment

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of Tyson J. Moore, 20, of Arcadia, on charges of Criminal Mischief in the third degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Deputies arrested Moore following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Village of Newark. Moore is accused of damaging property belonging to the victim during an altercation that occurred in the presence of a child.

Moore was transported to the Wayne County Jail and is awaiting CAP arraignment before the presiding judge. He is scheduled to appear in the Village of Newark court at a later date for further proceedings.
