Deleon-Rivera faces charges including Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation and Unlawful Imprisonment, both Class A Misdemeanors, as well as Harassment in the Second Degree, a lesser violation. These charges came after officers observed fingerprint marks on the victim’s neck, indicative of the alleged assault.

Following his arrest, Deleon-Rivera was processed and taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility where he awaited arraignment. Additionally, an Order of Protection was requested to safeguard the victim.
