The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Macedon man, Jacob Kelley, 22, following a property damage motor vehicle collision in the town of Walworth.
Deputies responded to the incident on State Route 350 where they determined Kelley was operating his vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Kelley was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC of .08% or greater, and moving from lane unsafely.
After being transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing, he voluntarily underwent a chemical test, which revealed his blood alcohol content to be .14%.
Released on appearance tickets, Kelley is scheduled to appear in the Town of Walworth court in May.
