The Watkins Glen Area Chamber of Commerce proudly hosted the Schuyler Hires Job Fair this Tuesday, connecting attendees with 30 top employers from various sectors. Held at the Watkins Glen Community Center, the event offered a prime networking opportunity from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
During the fair, job seekers explored a range of career opportunities and met with representatives from notable companies such as The Arc of Chemung – Schuyler, U.S. Salt, LLC, and the New York State Police, among others. The event featured not only networking possibilities but also light refreshments and raffles, enhancing the experience for all participants.
The job fair, free and open to the public, was organized in collaboration with the New York State Department of Labor and CSS Workforce New York, marking a significant effort to boost local employment opportunities and support community members in finding their dream jobs.
