Police arrested an Oswego man following a domestic incident that unfolded in a vehicle in Seneca County.
On Sunday, James Thesing, 38, was arrested following an investigation of a domestic disturbance that was occurring inside of a vehicle in Seneca Falls.
While investigating the disturbance, it was determined that Thesing was operating his vehicle while intoxicated.
He was arrested for DWI and will answer the charge at a later date.
