Deputies arrested a Rochester resident on two charges after apparent repeat trespassing incidents.
While details were not released, the sheriff’s office in Ontario County reports Chad Alan Simpson, 38, was arrested in South Bristol after numerous trespassing incidents.
He was charged with attempted criminal trespass and first-degree harassment.
Those charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
