Seneca Falls man faces several charges after domestic incident in moving vehicle

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrestof a 26-year-old on several charges after a dispute in a moving vehicle in Junius.

Deputies were able to locate the vehicle involved, which had pulled over at a local residence.


An investigation at the scene determined that Christopher Pagano, 26, of Seneca Falls struck another person, which broke their glasses.

He then took the victim’s cell phone while they tried to call 911 for help.

The entire incident unfolded in front of two children. As result, he was charged with harassment, three counts of criminal mischief, and two counts of child endangerment.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
