In an early morning incident on Wednesday, suspects in a stolen truck attempted a burglary at a Kwik Fill gas station in Bath, New York, according to police reports. The New York State Police said that the suspects used a white Ford F-150, reported stolen, to crash into the building in an effort to steal an ATM machine.
The attempted burglary, captured on the station’s security cameras, showed the suspects failing to remove the ATM from the premises. After the botched attempt, the vehicle broke down across the street, forcing the suspects to flee on foot. The authorities have released images from the security footage, seeking assistance from the public to identify the individuals involved.
