Bath man arrested for burglary, forcible touching, and stalking

Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard announced the arrest of 60-year-old Michael J. Sestak from Bath following a domestic incident.

Sestak is accused of unlawfully entering a dwelling with the intention to commit a crime, alongside allegations of stealing property, forcibly touching another individual’s intimate parts, and inducing fear of harm.


Sestak faces multiple charges, including second-degree burglary, a class C Felony, forcible touching, petit larceny, and stalking, illustrating the severity of the allegations against him.

His arraignment in the Centralized Arraignment Court resulted in his release, pending a future court appearance in the Town of Bath Court.
