A great season came to an end for the Dundee/Bradford girls basketball team on Saturday afternoon as they fell 75-67 to Section VI’s Frewsburg in the Class C Far West Regional at Finger Lakes Community College.

The Bravescots held a 33-30 lead at halftime and extended it to nine in the third quarter before the Bears scored eight consecutive points to close the frame, including a near half-court buzzer-beater to tie it at 57. That was the turning point as Frewsburg outscored the Braevscots 18-10 in the final period to claim the victory.

Three players finished in double figures for the Bravescots. Kendall Parker led with 20 points, Bruna Crespo tallied 19, and Mikayla Schoffner added nine.

Dundee/Bradford finished the season with a 24-2 record and a sectional title, the first in program history.
