Deputies arrested a Shortsville resident following an investigation into shots fired over the weekend in the village.
Peter Charles Obit, 23, of Shortsville was charged with criminal mischief and menacing.
Deputies say Obit fired multiple rounds from a BB gun, and struck a vehicle.
He was issued an appearance ticket for Manchester Town Court.
