The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons man following an investigation into a possible child abuse complaint.
Nicholas Rosario, 29, of Lyons was arrested for disseminating indecent material to minors in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
It is alleged that in the month of September 2023, Rosario had communication via text message with a 15 year old juvenile.
During the communication Rosario sent nude photos of a female to the juvenile and invited the juvenile over to his residence to engage in sexual contact.
Police were called prior to any incidents occurred, police said. Rosario was transported to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
