The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 52-year-old following a domestic incident.
Rhonda Cotto, 52, was charged with harassment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges stem from an investigation into a domestic incident where Cotto struck a person with a stick and threw several items that landed in close proximity to a pair of children.
Cotto was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
