Victor educator joins Geneva schools as principal

Kyle Pecora, a Victor Central School District educator, has joined Geneva Middle School as the new assistant principal. Mr. Pecora replaces Nicole Campbell, who accepted a position as the district’s new director of information technology and innovation.

Mr. Pecora is currently an English as a new language (ENL) coordinator and instructor at the Victor Central School District. He has also served as a summer school administrator in Victor and worked as an educator for the New York City Department of Education.

“We are excited to welcome Mr. Pecora to our district,” said Superintendent Bo Wright. “In addition to his work in ENL, he also has experience in diversity and inclusion, which I know will be an asset to our district.”

Mr. Pecora has a Master of Arts in education leadership from City College of New York and a Master of Arts in teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL) from Hunter College. Additionally, he has a Bachelor of Arts in foreign languages and literatures from SUNY Fredonia.

He also serves on the Victor Central School District Council and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee.
