Seneca Falls police arrested a 33-year-old following a domestic incident.
Jessica Hopf, 33, of Seneca Falls attempted to prevent officers from arresting a person.
As result, she was charged with harassment and obstruction. Both of those charges will be answered at a later date.
No officers were injured in the incident, police said.
