The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Arcadia man following a larceny investigation.
On October 23, Chad Dier, 34, accepted $10,000 to complete contract work and pay a tax bill for a person in Wayne County.
Dier, who operates R&R General Contracting, instead kept the money and completed no work.
He was arrested for grand larceny and and brought to the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment.
